Step 1: Clear the food scraps from the stone

Step 2: Soot decomposes at high heat. Raise the temperature to very high.

Step 3: Allow the leftover scraps to burn until the stone is completely cleaned.

Step 4: After the stone has cooled, if ash remains, it can be cleaned with a vacuum and a damp cloth.
